Sharon Rayner, Yoga Teacher

Hi, I’m Sharon!

With over 20 years of yoga practice, I found inspiration to teach through the powerful flows of Holistic Yoga Flow teachers, Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom. Their dynamic style deeply resonated with me, helping me to become stronger, more toned and more flexible. Practicing Yoga Flow not only enhanced my physical fitness but also left me feeling free from stress, with better joint mobility and a deeper sense of calm.

Since completing my yoga teacher training, I’ve furthered my teaching with advanced studies in sequencing, injury prevention, and different yoga styles.

I’d love to help you build a strong, flexible body and a steady, focused mind—join me on Saturday mornings for a class that challenges and balances you in all the right ways!
